Our Team
Kent has been selling real estate in Panama since 2007. Before that he was based in Atlanta, Georgia where he managed the commercial plumbing division of Cowan Supply Chamblee, a division of Hajoca Corporation. A graduate of James Madison University and recipient of the Union House scholarship award, Davis has long been drawn to Latin America ever since his study abroad experience in Salamanca, Spain in 1999.
As founder of Panama Equity, Kent believes in working hard for his clients and delivering on what he promises. Under Promise and Over Deliver!
Juan David Bárcenas is a graduate of the University of Panama, where he obtained his LL.B.(1999), as well as the University of Nottingham, where he obtained his LL.M. in International Commercial Law (2002). Mr. Barcenas has worked in a consulting capacity for the Ministry of Economy and Finance as well as for the Ministry of Public Works in the Republic of Panama. His areas of expertise include residential and commercial real estate, corporate law and contract law.
As president of Panama Equity, Juan David brings his solid legal and financial knowledge to the team. His legal firm, Pinzon Hidalgo based in Panama City is proud to offer their services to our International clients.
Uschi is originally from Salzburg, Austria and has been living and working in Panama for 6 years, where she first arrived with her job at Red Bull Energy Drink as the Marketing Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean. 3 years ago Uschi left Red Bull, founded her own real estate development company together with her husband, focused on rebuilding and restoring properties in Panama's Casco Viejo.
As head of European Sales, Uschi offers to share her in-depth knowledge about doing business and living in Panama, her passion for Latin America, and a special German speaking service to our European clients.
Emily is a graduate of the University of Panama, with a masters degree in Computer Science. She is originally from Panama City, and brings three years of experience in the field to Panama Equity.
Emily is in charge of the marketing department and is always excited to meet our new clients!
