Our Team
Kent has been selling real estate in Panama for almost four years and is a graduate of James Madison University.
As founder of Panama Equity, Kent believes in working hard for his clients and delivering on what he promises. Under Promise and Over Deliver! Kent is a frequent contributor to Nuwire Investor, Time Magazine, The Panama Report, and Panama-Guide.
Juan David Bárcenas is a graduate of the University of Panama and the University of Nottingham. Mr. Barcenas has worked in a consulting capacity for the Ministry of Economy and Finance as well as for the Ministry of Public Works in the Republic of Panama. His areas of expertise include residential and commercial real estate, corporate law, and contract law.
Uschi is originally from Salzburg, Austria and has been living and working in Panama for 6 years, where she first arrived with her job at Red Bull Energy Drink as the Marketing Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean. As head of European Sales, Uschi offers to share her in-depth knowledge about doing business and living in Panama, her passion for Latin America, and a special German speaking service to our European clients.
Emily is a graduate of the University of Panama, with a masters degree in Computer Science. She is originally from Panama City, and brings three years of experience in the field to Panama Equity. Emily is in charge of the marketing department and is always excited to meet our new clients!
Ramses is a finance major at the Universidad Interamerica and does a fantastic job researching market trends and compiling raw data to help us deliver our quarterly market reports. Ramses also manages our residential leasing department.
