Kent Davis
Kent is a founding partner of Panama Equity and has been quoted in such publications as Nuwire Investor, Time Magazine, The Panama Report, and Panama-Guide. He’s been in Panama since 2007 and manages the city office team. He is originally from Honolulu Hawaii, a graduate of James Madison University, and just had his first child, Frank Sebastian Davis Sousa. He’s a hard worker and loves what he does for a living.
Tedd Tennis
Tedd Tennis knows the area in and around Pedasi better than most of the locals. Originally from Michigan, Tedd worked in Japan as a teacher before moving to Hawaii in 1996 where he won multiple awards in the real estate field in Honolulu. He moved to Pedasi, Panama in 2009 to pursue his passion for fishing and diving. When not on the water Tedd enjoys exploring Panama and taking part in the many cultural activities and festivals his new home has to offer.
Carlos
Carlos has been in the real estate business since early 2006. On the weekends, Carlos loves to spend time with his friends up in Altos del Maria and during the week he enjoys taking his dog Coco out to the park. Carlos is a graduate of Universidad Latinoamericana de Comercio Exterior in International Business. Carlos’ clients appreciate his market knowledge, experience, and tell-it-like-it-is philosophy.
Juan David Bárcenas
Juan David Bárcenas is a graduate of the University of Panama and the University of Nottingham. Mr. Barcenas has worked in a consulting capacity for the Ministry of Economy and Finance as well as for the Ministry of Public Works in the Republic of Panama. His areas of expertise include residential and commercial real estate, corporate law, and contract law.
Uschi
Uschi is originally from Salzburg, Austria and has been living and working in Panama for 6 years, where she first arrived with her job at Red Bull Energy Drink as the Marketing Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean. As head of European Sales, Uschi offers to share her in-depth knowledge about doing business and living in Panama, her passion for Latin America, and a special German speaking service to our European clients.
Emily
Emily is a graduate of the University of Panama, with a masters degree in Computer Science. She is originally from Panama City, and brings three years of experience in the field to Panama Equity.
Ramses
Ramses is a finance major at the Universidad Interamerica. He manages our residential leasing department and works with our Spanish speaking clients.
Manuel
Manuel or as we call him, “Foster” is a hard working, down to earth person. Foster understands that the key to good customer service is having the BEST information on each and every property he represents. In his spare time, Foster enjoys traveling to the interior and reading books.
