Our marketing system is effective, efficient, and has proven to be successful since 2007. Because there is no single Multiple Listing Service in Panama, it is important to list your property with an agent that is going to actively promote to a broad local and international buyer base.
The lynchpin of our marketing campaign is based on online international exposure via a combination of web postings, paid search advertisements, article submissions, listing engines, and prominent website advertorials. We list our properties across a broad range of classified posting sites in Spanish, English, and in some cases German and Dutch.
Our marketing campaign includes published quarterly market studies which have been picked up and republished by Time Magazine, Bloomberg, Google News, Barclays Financial, among others. We actively market to our database of past clients and those who have expressed an interest in Panama via a direct email campaign that features a monthly newsletter, “Kent’s Picks” list, and other various property “blasts”. Our database of active buyers surpassed 4,000 as of February 2012.
We are also very active in the local real estate community and regularly attend seminars, openings, and conferences. We have been extensively quoted in Capital Financiero, Panama-Guide, Panama Developer’s Blog, The Panama Report, and The Visitor. Our realtor network includes over 1,000 emails of active Panama based real estate agents, and whenever we list a new property, we include this list of realtors in a targeted email marketing campaign. We also have relationships with real estate agencies in the US, Canada, Austria, Spain, Thailand, and the UK who list our properties (in its respective language) and refer international buyers to us on a regular basis
Our point of sale marketing materials include a combination of banners, posted signs, printed flyers, brochures, and postcards. Our policy is to actively engage neighbors, concierges, and security guards on the promotion of our new listings and we have a generous referral program for anyone that helps us get more exposure for our properties.
