In the other direction towards neighboring Patilla is the Punta Paitilla Hospital and Multi Centro mall, meaning you have two large shopping malls and two first class hospitals located within a 2 mile radius of your front door!
Shops and restaurants are abound in Punta Pacifica, the majority of which are located in either MultiPlaza or the Punta Pacifica shopping complex. The 24-hour Super 99 grocery store, Power Club Gym, Scotia Bank and Banco General are all located in the western entrance to Punta Pacifica as well as a number of high end and moderately priced restaurants including Sushi Express, Viva la Pan bakery and Marina Marina, among others. There are also over 200 shops and restaurants in MultiPlaza, in addition to a state of the art, 10 screen movie theatre complex. Hotels in Punta Pacifica include the Trump Ocean Club and the Courtyard Marriott.
Punta Pacifica real estate prices generally range from $1,500 to $3,000 per square meter.
