El plan maestro fue dise\u00f1ado siguiendo la forma natural del terreno, con calles curvas, \u00e1reas verdes paisaj\u00edsticas y una planificaci\u00f3n de menor densidad que hace que la comunidad se sienta m\u00e1s abierta e integrada a su entorno, en lugar de verse saturada de construcci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Uno de los aspectos que define a Mare es la combinaci\u00f3n de lotes frente al mar, frente al r\u00edo y junto al Water Park, ofreciendo diferentes estilos de vida dentro de una misma comunidad. El proyecto incluye un total de 25 lotes residenciales, algunos ubicados directamente frente al r\u00edo, otros cerca de la playa y una peque\u00f1a colecci\u00f3n alrededor del \u00e1rea del Water Park.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La comunidad fue pensada para casas personalizadas en lugar de residencias preconstruidas repetitivas, permitiendo a los propietarios mayor flexibilidad en el dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n de sus hogares. Seg\u00fan los materiales del proyecto, Mare tambi\u00e9n cuenta con lineamientos de dise\u00f1o arquitect\u00f3nico exterior destinados a mantener una identidad visual coherente en toda la comunidad, mientras se permite personalizar los interiores y espacios habitables.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dentro de la comunidad m\u00e1s amplia de Casamar, los residentes tienen acceso a amenidades de playa, piscinas, \u00e1reas verdes y espacios recreativos, mientras que Mare fue dise\u00f1ado para sentirse m\u00e1s tranquilo y mejor integrado con el paisaje natural. El plan maestro ubica los lotes residenciales junto a \u00e1reas comunes ajardinadas y cerca del club de playa y las amenidades acu\u00e1ticas, sin que la comunidad se sienta demasiado densa.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Otro aspecto que diferencia a Mare de muchos desarrollos tradicionales de playa es el equilibrio entre la vida frente al mar y el entorno natural. La marca del proyecto destaca la idea de vivir \u201centre el mar y el r\u00edo\u201d, con obras de infraestructura ya en marcha, incluyendo preparaci\u00f3n de terrenos, trazado de calles y
