Panam\u00e1. El edificio contar\u00e1 con 104 residencias de una, dos y tres rec\u00e1maras, con tama\u00f1os que van desde 74 m\u00b2 hasta 210 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A19 fue dise\u00f1ado pensando en el clima tropical de Panam\u00e1. Su arquitectura bioclim\u00e1tica incorpora amplias \u00e1reas verdes y balcones de aproximadamente 17 m\u00b2 a 44 m\u00b2. Cada balc\u00f3n incluir\u00e1 plantas instaladas por el promotor y un sistema de riego autom\u00e1tico, creando un espacio exterior c\u00f3modo e integrado con el apartamento.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>El edificio ser\u00e1 completamente el\u00e9ctrico y contar\u00e1 con agua caliente centralizada, un sistema adicional de filtraci\u00f3n de agua, paneles solares, \u00e1reas de reciclaje y sistemas para el manejo responsable del agua. Las luminarias estar\u00e1n incluidas en cada residencia y algunas unidades tambi\u00e9n contar\u00e1n con un dep\u00f3sito ubicado en el mismo
