We are looking at Panama as a location to avoid the Canadian winters. I’m 3.5 years away from retirement and plan to visit Panama in the spring of 2026 to get a sense if this is the place for us. Our ideal location is in a golf community, with pools, near a beach or on a beach. Having a fitness centre would also be ideal. 2 bedrooms is what we are seeking. Ideally furnished so we can just move in.
