Panama’s Clayton neighborhood is a part of the former Panama Canal Zone.

Fourthly, Clayton is home to some of the best schools in Panama, including the Balboa Academy.
In conclusion, homes for sale here generally start at around $400,000 and can go up to $2,000,000. Homes for rent in Clayton generally start at around $2,000/month. The area is so highly-sought after, properties don’t tend to stay on the market for long.
