Panama’s Clayton neighborhood is a part of the former Panama Canal Zone.

Thirdly, there are several small shopping centers in Clayton, as well as a few small restaurants and shops including a new pharmacy Arrocha.

Fourthly, Clayton is home to some of the best schools in Panama, including the Balboa Academy.

In conclusion, homes for sale here generally start at around $400,000 and can go up to $2,000,000. Homes for rent in Clayton generally start at around $2,000/month. The area is so highly-sought after, properties don’t tend to stay on the market for long.
