Coronado is Panama’s happy hour capital. One of our expat favorites is Picasso’s. Go here on Wednesdays and Saturdays for live music and to meet the newest residents.
If you are a sports fan then head to Loco’s Bar & Grill. This spot never fails to bring out the bring screens to cheer on your home teams.
For feel-good vibes check out Bahia’s BluWater Bistro. This bistro started as the gathering for the town’s beach volleyball games. And is the perfect for post-game margaritas and appetizers on Thursdays.
For the best food in the area, don’t miss beautiful Luna Rossa. Here you will find Tuscan cuisine cooked up by a Florence native. Make sure to try their lobster crepes, finished off with the panna cotta!).
Try Med Cafe where they serve awesome fresh seafood specials in a cozy outdoor patio. The perfect place for a relaxing happy hour with a special someone, or even a friend.
For more casual options try Los Camisones in Santa Clara. If you’re coming from the beach in Gorgona, the Tiki Bar Grill at Bahia Tower always show a good time.
Alternatively, sit tight right on the beach in El Palmar by the Surf Camp. Here you can watch the sunset over literally the best fresh fried fish or ceviche and pair with a good cold beer.
