Casamar Real Estate

Casamar is a luxury beach resort developed on a 77-hectare plot by Grupo Corcione, a trusted and award winning developer in Panama with 20 years experience in the industry. The resort has so much to offer but still has unused space to expand.

Altamar

Perlamar

In Perlamar you will also have two towers each with eight floors, five apartments per floor.

 

There are three apartment sizes available:

2 bedroom – 125m2

 

3 bedroom – 152m2

Casamar has a great array of amenities. 

 

Altamar has its own social area of over 13000m2 featuring swimming pools for adults and children, sunbathing area, children’s play area, barbecue area, and different sports courts.

For the little ones there is a play park and also a great little water park nearby. Children must be supervised at all times in the water park. 

 

For the golfers there is a 9-hole executive golf course.

Located just 90 minutes from Panama City, Casamar is easily accessed directly off the Pan-American Highway.
