PH Bahia Resort has an absolute wealth of amenities. You have private access to the beach, which is what you want from a beachfront condo building.
There are three swimming pools including a lap pool, an infinity pool, and a children’s pool, there’s also a jacuzzi, sauna, and a luxury spa. If you want somewhere to eat or simply a cocktail you have the choices of the Tiki Bar on the beach, (now called Beach Bar Bahia), Las Bovedas, an Asian cuisine restaurant, and the snack bar by the swimming pool. If sports are your deal then there is a small soccer field, a tennis court, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a mini-golf, and a gym. For the children, there is a kid’s corner, a party room, and a play area.
The building also has 24-hour security and a concierge service.
From Bahia, you can see the neighboring town of Coronado, which you can reach by taking a pleasant walk along the beach and cooling off in the beautiful green-transparent waters of the Pacific Ocean.
The beach is pristine and there’s nothing nicer than a walk on the beach in the evening followed by a cocktail at the Beach Bar. You do get the occasional party here at the beach or more often around the corner at Playa Gorgona, so there is going to be noise from time to time, but this is generally only on the weekends, and mostly on special holidays.
In the week it is the epitome of calm and serene. For example, there are a number of residents who like to sit poolside and read while soaking in the sunshine. The views of the beach and ocean from Bahia are spectacular and all of the apartments have large windows to allow the light to flood in.
The road to Bahia is paved all the way for easy access. Bahia is home to a large number of expats, some permanent residents. There are a number of rental apartments in the towers as well.
Owning a home is a keystone of wealth… both financial affluence and emotional security.
