Two-Bedroom Condo For Sale In Coronado Country Club
Spacious two-bedroom condo for sale in Coronado Country Club located…
$325,000
Coronado Country Club is made up of three towers that are home to both expats and locals. You’ll find a good mix of English and Spanish speakers, with some residents living here full-time and others using their condos as weekend getaways, rentals, or vacation homes. The towers sit right on Playa Serena in Coronado, surrounded by a neighborhood of impressive mansions—many of which you can admire from your private balcony.
Coronado Country Club, formerly known as The Pink Towers, was built in 2006 and consists of three towers, each with 24 floors. Condos range in size from 170 m² to 350 m², with prices between $275,000 and $620,000.
Tower 100, the first to be built and located in the center, features two condos per floor. Each unit is 205 m² (including the balcony) and comes with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a maid’s quarters.
Tower 200, completed next, also has two units per floor. Most are 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom layouts around 168 m², though a few 4-bedroom options are available.
Tower 300, the most recent addition, has three units per floor with layouts ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. The 2-bedroom units are about 170 m², 3-bedrooms around 180 m², and 4-bedrooms approximately 243 m².
Condos are currently property tax-exempt until 2028. The monthly HOA fee is about $264 and covers water (from multiple wells), gas, trash collection, landscaping, swimming pool maintenance, and 24/7 security both at the main entrance and along the beachfront.
Coronado Country Club has one of the largest and most unique swimming pools in the area. It winds around the base of the three towers with a fun, open layout that includes a waterfall, bridges, shallow seating areas, two hot tubs, and a kids’ play zone. At night, the pool is lit in purple, creating a great view from many of the balconies.
There’s also a beach bar and plenty of poolside seating. (Pets are welcome in the building, but not allowed in the pool area.)
Other features include direct beach access, a full gym, tennis courts, a soccer field, an event room, 24-hour security, visitor parking, and concierge service.

Coronado Country Club is located about 6 km from the entrance of Coronado, just off the Pan-American Highway—a 15–20 minute drive. It’s roughly 90 minutes from Panama City.
The condos are spacious and catch a nice breeze, with oceanfront balconies that offer views of the beach and the pool area below.
These balconies can be accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom. Rear-facing windows look out toward the mountains.
Each condo includes a maid’s quarters, which many owners repurpose for storage or other uses. The pool area tends to get busy on weekends with families, but it’s much quieter during the week. Pets are allowed, though some areas of the complex remain off-limits to them.
Coronado is one of Panama’s most established and popular beach towns on the Pacific coast, located about an hour from Panama City.
It’s home to a large and growing expat community, but it’s also a favorite weekend getaway for Panamanians looking to relax by the beach. As one of the first beach resort developments in the country, Coronado is more developed than many of the surrounding coastal towns.
The town offers a wide range of modern conveniences, including several shopping centers with five supermarkets, hardware and home goods stores, a variety of restaurants (both local and fast food), and essential services like doctors (including English-speaking clinics), dentists, and opticians. There are two cinemas, though English-language showings are usually limited to once a week. For families, Coronado International School provides a U.S.-based curriculum from preschool through high school.
Residents here enjoy many of the comforts of home—often at a lower cost. And while the area is already well-developed, there’s still room for growth, investment, and new businesses.
Coronado’s real estate is attractive thanks to its natural beauty, warm climate, low cost of living, and abundance of amenities. The town is home to one of Latin America’s top-rated golf courses, an 18-hole course designed by renowned architect Tom Fazio. You’ll also find professional tennis and pickleball courts, a high-end equestrian club with world-class facilities, and easy access to water activities like fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving.
The beach here is a mix of white and black volcanic sand, with long stretches of shoreline that are often empty during the week. On weekends—especially in the dry season from December to April—it can get much busier, and traffic along the highway often backs up during holidays.
Other notable condo buildings in Coronado include Coronado Golf, Coronado Bay, The Alcazar, and Serena Towers.
Owning a home is a keystone of wealth… both financial affluence and emotional security.
